Seeing justice done in this case is so important that I've even considered shooting the lock off my wallet and catching a flight over to Texas* when Cathy finally meets Ol' Sharpie - and I know that I'm not the only member of this forum willing to make the trip to Huntsville.  Even if you are no longer with us, we will be there for you.

Wildcat it pretty much a given we will all be there! I joked around with Jeff about contacting a bondsman...and I seriuosly did. No worries he will have us out in time to meet up with you guys!! Although he wants cash! So I guess we should meet prior and discuss who is the least mouthyest of us all to hold our bond money!

Im not from USA , but just want to say that my heart goes out to this family, so many vile people in this world that can easily hurt , and kill babies and children, sadly these scumbags are rat cunning and will use any excuse to get themselves off lightly.
Im so sick of hearing their sad stories ...blah!blah!blah! we dont care you killed a child we no longer want you on this planet!

This thread has been bothering me all day and I needed some time to think before I posted. Anyone who would attack the family of this poor, innocent baby should be deeply ashamed of themselves. They have been through hell thanks to the acts of Cathy Henderson, who is by all accounts, a depraved psychopath who deserves her fate. Anyone who would hurt a baby deserves the death penalty.

My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family. I cannot even begin to comprehend the horror you have been through.

After reading the whole 16 pages of this thread, I am starting to take interest in this case..... and i would like to make a request. Do you have a link to any court opinions (SCOTUS, appellate etc) briefs, oral arguments, trial transcripts of the case? Could you point me to them? I have just found the writ by here defence and i will try to read it as soon as my loaded callendar allows me.......


I really want to see what the heck is this animal claiming !!!!!!!! I also would like to see how much has its (not a person so... not a "she" .... "it" is more appropriate)  claims changed during the judicial course.

when i saw your title grandma, i knew that the name Brandon rang a bell, I apologise if that sounds vague, but as Im from england we arent always up to date with what happens in the us, but once I read this I knew straight away the case it stuck in my mind the sheer brutality of it, and who had caused it, and remembered I had read of this quite a while ago.  It shows clearly that women are just as capable of heinous crimes and domestic violence and this should be shown more often.  I really am so sorry for your loss and hope that when the needle goes in and she takes her final breath that you and all the family will finally have the justice that Brandon so richly deserves

Hey Eryn & GrannyB - I'm Rachel from Australia, and I just wanted to let you know that I read about Brandon some years ago - on a site that is run by a certain person who claims to be Holy, I'm sure you know where I'm talking about.  I was so sad about Brandon, and read everything on there about the case, and was skeptical about what I read, a lot didn't make sense - I find it "interesting" that none of the facts that I've read in your threads here were mentioned there - what a misrepresentation!

Anyhow, I just wanted to convey my condolences (I can't even imagine what you have gone through) and to let you know that even those who find certain other websites before they find this one don't necessarily take what's on there as 'Gospel' - I certainly didn't, and am glad I found this site and the truth of the matter.

I wish you the best and hope the hell you're going through is resolved SOON!

I too have followed this disturbing case. It is a sickening story and I am sincerely sorry, Granma, for the years of hurt you must have endured. The delay in this case seems extraordinarily long...could this be due to the fact that she is a woman! (I use that term very loosely!) Women, in general, have the ability to rationalise and calculate quite ruthlessly and that is why the female psychopath is so very dangerous.
Have we heard anything recently regarding this individual? Are we any nearer to finally seeing justice served? Please God this pointless time wasting will be over soon.
