hmm murder yes....a drunk driver hmm depends how much ppl they kill..but I say a life sentence and a rapist um..a life sentence plus they get chopped.....so they can never rape again...

But I believe that the death penalty should only go for murderes

Cut his winkie off, pan fry it with a little soy sauce and make him eat it.  Then, tell everyone in jail he likes little boys.
