Blaine Milam Sentenced to Death in 2008 TX Murder of 13 month Old

This piece of shit says he lost her, like she was just missplaced.  He murdered her with no emotion in the most cold blooded manner.  He doesn't deserve to breath one more breath of air.  Maybe he will get rectal cancer in prison and suffer.  I just don't understand people anymore.  How this woman could stand by and let him do this to her child, she is worse than he is in my book, she was this childs mother, she gave birth to her.  Just goes to show you any animal can give birth, but not everyone can be a true mother.  She should be hit in the head repeatedly with a hammer, and then let her lay there and start on her again, this just makes me so damned angry.

A man I know was the presiding judge in such a case about 10 years ago. He told me that during his whole career (he was a bit over 50 years old then) he had never met two such crazy and delusional persons like the parents to the poor child.

This case doesnt' seem to have anything to do with multiculturalism though. Delusional minds, uncontrolled aggression, drugs and religious misbeliefs are most likely better explanations.

Death sentence upheld for Blaine Milam, another East Texas killer

HOUSTON (AP) -An appeals court upheld the death sentence for a Rusk County man convicted in the 2008 beating death of his girlfriend's 13-month-old daughter.

Texas Court of Criminal Appeals upheld the ruling.

Evidence showed the child was bitten some 30 times and beaten with a hammer at Milam's Rusk County trailer.

In a second case, 25-year-old Demontrell Miller was sent to death row for the 2008 beating death of his girlfriend's 2-year-old son while he was babysitting the boy and his own 5-month-old son at a Tyler apartment complex.

The court Wednesday rejected what attorneys for the convicts said were 20 errors at Milam's trial and 28 at Miller's trial. Neither man has an execution date and both could pursue federal appeals.
