Donnie "FREAK" Johnson  request for reprieve from Governor.

Freak and his attorneys have asked the Governor for a repreive. THIS CANNOT HAPPEN!!!  So, I am appealing to everyone who visits this site to write letters to the Governor of Tennessee and to the States legal counsel.  Ask them to please not listen to any more delay tactics from Donnie Johnson. He was sentenced 22 years ago. The time has come to carry out his sentence. It's time to close this chapter and move on. Please! Do it for Connie. Do it for Connies family. Connie's daughter reads this site daily. Please let's show her some LOVE!!!

OK  here's  letter I drafted for this. You can simply copy and paste it right into your email. Sign it and submit.  Or print it out and mail it in but please do so immediately.

RE: Scheduled Execution of Donnie E. Johnson
Execution date: October 25, 2006
Crime : CAPITAL MURDER

Dear Governor Bredesen,

I have friends or associates who know a member of Connie Johnson's family . Through them I discovered that Connie Johnson, at age 30, was brutally  murdered by her husband Donnie E. Johnson. on December 8, 1984. Through them I discovered that Donnie E. Johnson received a death sentence for CAPITAL MURDER and is currently incarcerated at the Riverbend Prison Facility awaiting execution to be carried out on October 25, 2006 by electrocution.

I am writing you to express my personal belief that convicted CAPITAL MURDERER Donnie E. Jonson should be executed as sentenced. Donnie Johnson's original sentence has been affirmed all through his appeals process and therefore, I am respectfully asking you to reject any requests for repreive now by Donnie E. Johnson or his Attorneys and allow the execution of Donnie E. Johnson to proceed on October 25, 2006.
