It's just a matter of time before his luck runs out.

 I have a great idea...how about we make it March 4, 2012 then we could all have a real killer of a time celebrating his birth and his death!  LOL    :(

This is bs, why the hell should he get to test DNA that his trial team did not have tested as a DEFENSE STRATEGY?  He decided he didnt want to further incriminate himself with more dna so he should be procedurally barred from asking for it now.  Anyway test it, it will either be inconclusive or confirm his guilt then he will get his dirt nap next year.

If they decide to test the DNA and then send it to the same lab that's holding Darlie's tests, we are in for a long wait.

Oh just test the effing DNA already.  Seriously.  I don't care whether or not he's 'entitled' to it, in a case this high profile they'll most likely end up deciding to test it, so just get it over with.   >:(  Then move his  :-\ to the gurney.

Christopher Johnson was a thousand times the man you'll ever be Skinner!!  He fessed up, saved the community's dollars by foregoing appeals, and brought his just sentence on like a self-respecting murdering POS should.  81 pages of this desparate garbage is becoming simply ridiculous.  Texas justice will prevail!!!

Will Additional DNA Testing Be Conducted Before Nov 9th for a Condemned Hank Skinner?...

Skinner confessed and the confession was deemed inadmissible, but is part of the appellate record.

A "completely incapacitated" Skinner, somehow, traveled the 4 blocks from the murder scene, went to his ex girlfriends house, hid in her closet and he was covered in blood from the crime scene.

Skinner`s own blood spatter expert found that Skinner`s "passed out" story was inconsistent with the blood being all over Skinner.

Skinner`s defense is that he was completely incapacitated the night of the murders, which is contradicted by his confession, by the blood spatter evidence and by his travels to his ex girlfriends house?

Why did Skinner chose to walk the 4 blocks to his ex girlfriends house, instead of calling the police?

Skinner refused additional DNA testing because he was implicated by the prior, multiple DNA tests, pre trial, that tied him to the crime scene and he didn`t want more DNA to hurt his case.

The only reason for such denial of additional DNA testing is that Skinner knew additional DNA evidence would harm him even more.

Skinner, his defense counsel and other death penalty opponents are saying that the untested DNA will prove Skinner innocent, meaning that Skinner decided, pre trial, that it was better to face a death sentence than to face freedom, the only "logic" for Skinner`s refusal of the additional DNA testing, when he "knew" it would prove his innocence. Absurd, of course.

Could this be another anti death penalty fraud? Of course.

Why cant  this  guy  die  already. I mean GFD all i can say   is hope  while  there is time  they  tell rest  of  them Turds on  Death Row, we are  sending  all DNA  sample's off to be tested if  it  proves  you  where the you will die  3 weeks  from tomorrow. so make sure  your famliy can be here. And  we are  doing  things a bit  different, we're gonna  give  50 of you at  a time  your sentence. We will pick your names  at random and will be drown  from a hat buy each of you.
