I would Hope they off this guy in a place where the victims may attend if they wish to do so.
I don't see that being a problem. I doubt the execution would take place here in North Dakota. Since we don't have a death penalty on the books here, there is no death row nor an execution facility at the state penitentiary in Bismarck.
If Rodriguez does get executed in South Dakota, the U.S. Bureau of Prisons would merely "contract out" the execution to the South Dakota Department of Corrections.
Most likely, it will take place in the same room that Timothy McVeigh was executed in at the federal prison in Terre Haute, Indiana, where Rodriguez awaits his fate on federal death row.
