Was she certified medically "Mentally retarded" or not??

What does voting Democrat have to do with anything?

Seriously, whether she was "certified or diagnosed" that way is irrelevent to the fact that she was able to interact within society and function normally until it was of legal benefit to claim otherwise.

If I remember correctly, no, she was not diagnosed as mentally retarded.  The defense always wants to focus on IQ only and ignore the other factors that go to determining whether someone is medically mentally retarded.  One's ability to function in society is a big factor.  Again, if I remember correctly, she had completed school and had taken and passed a certified nurse's assistant program.

Now she's being diagnosed DEAD!!
Some people say I’m a horrible person, but it’s not true!  I have the heart of an innocent girl….in a jar, on my desk

Victims have a dignitary interest in justice and vindication without interminable delay caused by guilty prisoners’ attempts to stave off punishment.
