My nephews highschool in Il. is on lockdown, man with a GUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I chatted with my sister.  She has been getting texts from her kids and that they are all-right.  The police are going room to room and they are searching the kids.  I will keep you all updated.

My sister just chatted with me again.  The gun sighting was unfounded and no weapon was found.  The kids have been released to go back to class and that they are probably going to let them go home earlier.  They were supposed to get out early today but i am hoping they get out now and get home to my sister.

I am happy for your wonderful outcome today.  That is a scary situation.

When my oldest granddaughter was in the 8th grade, they had a similar scare.  One of the boys in her class had a list with people's names on it, and hers was one of them.  He had been talking about killing kids on the last day of school and some child overheard.  When the authorities found out about it, he was removed from school and they found his list.  But not knowing if there may have been a second one involved with the plot, people were so scared they were taking their kids out early.  My daughter-in-law called me to go pick up my granddaughter, she wanted her out of there too.  I was only to happy to oblige her, and enjoyed coddling my granddaughter the rest of the day.

School shootings and killings are just too terrifying.  And life is too precious to waste so wantonly.

Update: 11:07 am
    Police have given the "all clear" at Charleston High School. It was put on lock down early this morning after officials received a 911 call. A thorough search of the school determined the threat was unfounded.
    We'll update this story throughout the day.

Charleston High School is on lock down. Police say the situation has been "secured." We'll update this story as more information becomes available.

I thnk she did.  I tried to chat with her on facebook but she was not there.  I hope she squeezes them a few dozen times for me.  And Wendy.  And our cats.  And a few hundred times for her and her husband.  And some for her oldest who is in NY for college.

I was chatting with one of my nephews.  Someone at the school thought it would be "FUN" to call 911 about a stranger at the school with a gun.  My nephew wants to beat the shyt out of him but I told him my sister was at the front of the line and so was I.

Elric, coming down from such an adrenaline rush will make you shaky.  The adrenaline has a tendency to cause a body dump of fluids and waste matter, so you will need to replenish your fluid intake. When the dopamine from your brain kicks in counteract the adrenaline, then it will start to make you sleepy.  Drink a lot of water to rehydrate your brain and your body.
