I will tell you right now it is a purely thankless chore (although I personally appreciate all the assistance I receive). There are no mandatory time requirements and your contributions are entirely up to you. The only thing I insist upon is the ability to remain partial and clear thinking and have the ability to back up your actions with fact not conjecture or personal reasons. Basically adhere to the rules yourself to set a proper example for the other members. And believe me, it is not easy to do, I fall short myself on occassion.
