California's list is a pain in the butt!
Still trying to find some thug information for PA. It's actually kind of fun, I like doing research.

He certainly deserves a life sentence. What a disgusting, horrible crime.

Bet she has found religion now and is praising Jesus daily. I have nothing against religion in any of its forms, but I do object to SOB's using their sudden conversion to a 'faith' as a reason for clemency. For goodness sake, any decent person can see through that diguise immediately.
I totally agree with you. Many, many people in prison, not just DR, claim to be "born again" and have becopme, in their words, "redeemed Christians". Anti DP would have us believe that this means they are rehabilitated and dezerve a second chance, since they have somehow managed to find Giod while incarcerated. This does not wash with me. If you really and truly find religion in prison than good for you, but I tend tot hink most of ths is smoke and mirrors and a means for the incarcerated to find his way back to society so he/she can continue to commit crimes.
Most of the people on DR are master manipulators. They will say or do anything in order to be set free.

It should be done on a case by case basis. It doesn't matter to me how long someone has been on DR, because, as other posters have pointed out, they are still accountable for their crimes. Being old is not a reason to have your sentence commuted. Some crimes are just so heinous that it really doesn't matter to me how long they have been on DR, when they get their execution date, it needs to happen.
That being said, I agree that thirty years on the row is too long. I understand that with the technology we have now it takes longer to prove and disprove evidence, since everything needs to be tested and whatnot, but something needs to be done to hasten this process. It's a slap in the face to the victims that someone sits on the row for thirty years.

This sick POS needs to fry. What a heinous, terrible crime he committed. There is no punishment harsh enough for anyone who hurts a child.

But Michael Ryan told a Gaston County judge Thursday that he doesn't actually want to be executed. The Gaston Gazette reports that Ryan says being on death row would give him respect from other inmates and also more chances to appeal.
Well, sure. If I was on death row it would be really important to me that I get respect from my fellow Dr members. He talks about it as if it were like some kind of exclusive club. Jackass!

His lawyers have claimed that he suffers from mental illness and possible ‘mental retardation’.
Okay this has to stop. This whole using mental retardation as a defense? getting old, getting real old.
on: May 25, 2010, 05:47:13 AM 26 General Death Penalty / Darlie Routier / Re: Darlie Routier's vaccination coming due and the gurney will be nice and warm!
Well it has been almost 2 years since the judge granted her wish for more testing and we still do not know any more today than then. Who in the hell is Dave Moffat?I find it funny as heck that her so called husband has almost fallen off the face of the earth. Not one word from him in all these years. Does anyone know if they are still married? just curious?
In my opinion he needs to be in a cell right beside her. I know in my heart he had something to do with those babies as well. SHe is guilty as hell and right where she should be. Her date should be near
Is that Dave Moff over at PTO?
Yes thats him - he thinks everyone who is in Prison is innocent
Perhaps I should go over to PTO and read some of his posts...you know, to keep my disgust fresh and all.
on: May 25, 2010, 05:46:24 AM 27 General Death Penalty / Executed Offenders (Graveyard) / Re: John Alba - Texas - 05/25/10
So, according to the DA, they are trying to keep the door close and he manages to get his hand holding a gun in and shoot his wife in the head and then force the door entirely open? Then he must have dragged her out and shot her several times again.
I don't know why the media always ignores the fact that he chases the the other woman into the kitchen and shot her 5 or 6 times in front of her kid. And he shot her in the head. It's a miracle she lived and lived to testify against the ba*stard.
Note: When Alba was in custody on the child molest, his wife had a one night affair with a friend. More power to her. Alba had women and illegitimate children all over the place. Yet, the antis want to smear the wife as a wh*re.
That's the antis' schtick. God frobid they should ever blame the murdering scumbag, they always blame the victim and paint them as some kind of whore, liar or loser.
