on: May 08, 2010, 07:17:34 PM 601 ACTION CENTER / Parole Protest Requests / Protest the Whole Lot of Them!!

Or, Why I am Pro DP...

A killer who has been in prison since he was convicted of killing an 8-year-old Del Paso Heights girl in 1967 and a man who killed his 15-year-old fiancee and her fetus are among 12 Sacramento area inmates who have parole hearings scheduled in early May, according to the State Board of Parole Hearings.

The convicts are:
-Willie Curtis Miller, in his 70s, California Men's Colony.
A Sacramento County jury convicted Miller of killing 8-year-old Jeannine Abron of Del Paso Heights in 1967, The Bee reported.  Her nude body was found floating in Dry Creek near Rio Linda High School.  Miller had been out of prison six months when he killed Abron.

-Low Lin Saepharn, 45, California Men's Colony.
In 1985, Saepharn of Sacramento pleaded guilty to killing his pregnant 15-year-old fiancee and her 27-week- old fetus. He received a 16-years-to life sentence, The Bee reported.  According to court documents, Saepharn admitted stabbing to death Mai Fong Saeyang on Jan. 31 after an argument over his treatment of her 14-month-old child.  The district attorney said Saepharn was offered a plea bargain in the case partly because his Miranda rights were given by police improperly due to language difficulties.  If you want to live in the United States, LEARN THE LANGUAGE - Ignorance is no excuse for breaking the law

-Michael Lynn Love, 47, California Men's Colony.
Michael Lynn Love pleaded guilty in 1984 to the 1979 deaths of a Rio Linda couple. His plea came in Sacramento Superior Court at the start of what would have been his third sanity trial.  Love killed Faye Alexander, 61, and Charles Alexander, 63. He had claimed that the devil took control of him and caused him to kill the couple, who lived near his home and for whom he used to do lawn work.  You’re not Flip Wilson - the devil didn’t make you do it

-Emmet Lambert Faught, 47, Avenal State Prison.
Faught was convicted of murdering a Sacramento prostitute in 1988 and shooting at three other people, injuring one of them.  The body of the 36-year-old woman was found in the west drainage canal near Del Paso and Power Line roads south of Metro Airport. No excuse - Evidently prostitution isn’t a victimless crime

-Carlos Thomas Garcia, 58, Avenal State Prison.
Garcia was convicted of killing a 31-year-old Roseville man in 1983.  Kelvin Lee Boney, 31, was found shot to death in his apartment. Are we not safe anywhere with these murderers around?

-Siverin Kenneth Whitney Jr., 57, California Medical Facility.
Whitney of Antioch was convicted of stabbing to death a male traveling companion in Tahoe City.  With friends like this, who needs enemys?

-David Ronald Pack, 34, California State Prison, Solano.
A Sacramento Superior Court jury convicted Pack of shooting to death a 33-year-old man as the man rode a bicycle near Sunrise Boulevard and Greenback Lane on April 11, 1996.
The prosecution said Pack was among a carload of youths who taunted Ronald Kasper. When Kasper, who was unarmed, confronted the youths, Pack shot him.   Typical stupid gang mentality - and I personally remember this case, they were little wannbe ganstas

-David Lemke, 49, California State Prison, Solano
Lemke pleaded guilty in Sacramento Superior Court to aggravated sexual assault on a child in 1999. He was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison. No other details of Lemke's crime were available.   Oh sure, let’s let the child molesters out too why don’t we?

-Vang Lao, 32, California State Prison, Solano
A Sacramento Superior Court judge sentenced Lao to 16 years to life in prison in 1995 for second-degree murder.  Lao was one of four members of a street gang who shot to death a rival gang member - Khao Heu, 18 - in a drive-by shooting in north Sacramento, police said.  More little ganstas, I’ll bet dollars to donuts he’s coming out with a body full of prision tats proving he’s such a hardass

-John Anthony Gresham, 57, Chuckawalla Valley State Prison.
On June, 6, 1985, a Sacramento Superior Court judge sentenced Gresham to 25 years to life in prison for the murder of a 64-year-old retired schoolteacher.  Gresham and another man, who also was convicted of the murder, beat to death Howard Maddux in a street robbery.     It took two of these punks to kill a 64 year old retired school teacher?  Sick little shits

-Dale Leroy Hutton, 38, Salinas Valley State Prison.
Hutton was convicted of the March 7, 1993 fatal stabbing of Douglas Leeper, 31, at Leeper's apartment on C Street in midtown Sacramento.  Again, we are not even safe in our own homes

-Melvin C. Moore Jr , 62, Salinas Valley State Prison.
Moore was convicted in 1971 of the murder of 68-year-old woman and her 74-year-old invalid husband.  Moore killed Mary and William Alexander in a robbery attempt at the couple's home in the 3000 block of 5th Avenue in Sacramento.   Killing an old lady and her invalid husband - Now that’s a man’s man!

-Rebecca Gomez, 71, Valley State Prison for Women.
On Oct. 31, 1997, a Sacramento Superior Court judge sentenced Gomez to 19 years to life for killing a 20-year-old woman in a drunk-driver crash.  Gomez, who was on probation for a previous DUI conviction, was driving up to 90 mph on Highway 99 as she tried to elude a Sacramento County sheriff's deputy.  Gomez struck a car in which Sarah Rodarmel was a passenger. Rodarmel, who was returning from Disneyland, was killed.   When will judges understand that just because they take away their license it doesn’t mean they forget how to drive!

on: May 06, 2010, 07:49:16 PM 602 General Death Penalty / Executed Offenders (Graveyard) / Re: Kevin Scott Varga - Texas - 05/12/10

For Jodi - Your quote over at that "other" site has forced me to open up once again and I'm not in a good mood tonight so sit back and hang on girly... You are about the get your answer.  If you don't like it, tough noogies I could give a rats  :-\.  Just let it be known once and for all, I asked YOU a simple question and never did receive an answer from YOU.  I got a lot of slack from the anti-ho's, but never an answer from you.  Your sister SonieLee was kind enough to answer my question (thank you SonieLee  :-* ), but as usual, you kept your head in the sand and let other's do your dirty work.

Now, this is a direct quote from you at that "other" site:

"I am wondering why the pro-dp people like Kitten find it so rewarding to hurt people they don't even know. They feel it is a badge of honor to be removed from this site. How can you be so cruel to strangers. They have a right to feel the way they do about my brother and others on the row, but as family members, we committed no crime, just unconditional love. To make statements like "I hope they burn in hell". Aren't we all entitled to forgivness? Isn't that why Jesus died on the cross? He asked forgivness for those that killed him. I guess it's not in me to hate people I don't know. I feel sorry for the pro-dp people. To carry so much hate must really be a burden."

I would love to know how I "hurt" you so much?  I asked why you were saying you had such a great relationship with your DR step-brother and he was saying just the opposite.  I truly wanted to know how you both can be talking about the same people and come up with such different responses.  One or the other of you were telling a bold face lie and I wanted to know which one of you it was.

I felt it was a badge of honor to be removed because I pushed the anti-ho's to acknowledge that there was someone else who had questions and they didn't or couldn’t answer with any intelligence.  When they get their feathers ruffled, instead of using logical debating, they immediately post the rules, send you a nice and tidy canned message (with misspellings) and then kick you out.  To me that is just a sign of a lack of intelligence amongst the anti-ho’s.  Evidently if they did have any intelligence they would not be hanging on to rapists, muggers, thieves and yes, MURDERERS.

If someone else was “cruel” to you, I will apologize for them, but I REFUSE to be lumped into this group.

Now that YOU brought up Jesus, isn’t it right in the Bible that says “An eye for and eye”?   Why don’t you and those other anti-ho’s ever bring that up when you are spouting words from the Bible?  Would you prefer your brother to die being beaten to death with a tree branch while begging for his life or would you prefer that he go peacefully to sleep then have his heart stopped?   Personally I believe in “An eye for and eye” but the state overrules me, and since I am a law abiding citizen, I must allow the states to vanquish the dregs of society in their prescribed way.

I do carry hate in my heart and I am not ashamed to admit it.  I hate that 2 people died at the hands of your step-brother.  I hate that he has been allowed to live these many years trying to save his own sorry  :-\.  I hate that there are people out there who use the laws that govern our land to try and get out of their punishment for breaking laws.  I hate that I have had to bury a 17 year old young lady due to a couple of murderers and I especially hate that I am so angry right now that I have tears in my eyes because of the anti-ho’s and their liberal ways.  I dare any one of them to bury a child who has been raped and beaten to death and still stay on that “other” board.

Honey, if you want forgiveness for your murdering step-brother, then by all means forgive him, but don’t ask me to forgive him because that’s not going to happen.  And next week when he’s in the ground, he will be just a dim memory to the majority of people who’s lives he forced himself onto.   If you are so intent on becoming other victim of your step-brother, so be it.  I pray that YOU never have to bury a child or grandchild, but if you do, you will be back here and we all will be here to support you as we do all the families.

I'm with you Annie - This is just total B.S.

Man up and take your medicine guys - I thought the men from Arkansas had more balls.  What a bunch a low-life, scum scuking, pansy  :-\, whining, sniviling little snots they are.

Just how many fricking times does the execution protocol need to be revisited by every branch of the government in every state?  And every time the decision of the courts comes back with the same decision.

I know, let them go ask Sammy boy if it "hurt".  He just had his medicine and I didn't read anywhere that he complained that it hurt.  Even his witnesses didn't say that he showed any signs of pain.

on: April 28, 2010, 09:54:07 AM 605 General Crime / U.S. Crime Related News / Re: Rape charge added for man accused in teen's murder

Rebecca is/was my son's EX girlfriend.  They broke up in the fall of 2009.  She would have celebrated her 18th birthday this past Monday.

Her dad, Richard, called my son shortly after she died.  I answered the phone and expressed my sympathy telling him she was a very special young lady and how saddened I was to hear the horrible news.  He broke down and said he was sad when they broke up, saying that he knew that if they were still together this tragedy would not have happened.

Now her new boyfriend (aged 17 at the time of the murder) and his friend (age 19 at the time) are both in jail charged with murder and rape.  We know it will be a long process to find justice for this sweet young lady and we will stand with Becca's family during the whole process.

The family had to hold a fundraising CAR WASH to pay for her funeral:

on: April 27, 2010, 01:15:17 PM 606 Off Topic / Off Topic - Anything / Open Letter to Jesse James

Jesse,

You Stupid Bastard! You cheated on Sandra Bullock?

How in the world can you be so stupid? You are married to one of the most beautiful women in the world; she has a body to die for, and her current wealth and predicted wealth is shadowed only by Oprah, who even Steadman will tell you, isn't attractive.

But your wife, who recently beat out Julia Roberts in the polls and is now the named "America's Sweetheart"; you also remember she just won an Oscar (which translates to more money per picture she makes in the future)...while you were shacking with that tattooed freak, who just happens to be a former stripper and is someone's mommy.

You are really a piece of work! You are the most hated a-hole cheater on the planet! And
while the State of California is a no-fault state whereby you may be able to take half of your wife's wealth, in doing so you would only be hated even more...especially after Sandra speech during the Oscars in which she did nothing but praise you. How can you live with yourself after she even cared for your children?

I only have one thing to say to a despicable, miserable, cheating piece of crap that you are:  Thank You!! You really helped to take the heat off of me. Let’s do lunch sometime and compare notes.
