The judge said that if he chose the one drug cocktail he would stay the execution only if the state could not perform it with the one drug. The state said it would only take 3 days to switch to the one drug cocktail. Consider this scum bag dead.

The pictures of the clothes and crap are real. The picture of the idiot with the sign is whats questionable.

If this was not doctored it would have been all over the news. If you follow truthorfiction.com you will see that it is being investigated and will come out as altered as is with most things people tend to believe.

Not sure if anyone has said anything about this pic yet, there is too much to go back and read. This pic has been most likely been altered using photo shop or some sort of software. This proves my point that weapons of mass destruction are not the most dangerous to fear, its the internet and the crap that people can do to make others believe in something that never happened.

All I can say that is if you look at Texas and how quickly they execute newer prisoners it is getting shorter and shorter. Unfortunately with the older inmates,  there are circumstances where race, ineffective council, and all the other bull shit that was pulled back in the day that you cant get away with now that effects the appeals process for them. Now throw in all the bull shit claims that they were on drugs, abused, the devil told them to do it or god did, and everyone's favorite,  I AM RETARDED, then it gets longer and longer. So basically, the courts drag their feet with the appeals process due to the amount of appeals they have to go through, and all the bull shit phony excuses, it takes a long ass time to execute someone.

Just make damn sure that if somehow, some way kamala (sp) harris wins the democrap nomination or attorney general that you get all your friends and family out to vote against her. She is soft on crime and puts her views way before the views of the people of california and the victims. She was bad for san franfriko and will be even worse for California

Clarence Ray Allen was 76 when he was executed in California, and John Nixon was 77 when he was executed in Mississippi. This is as of 1976, before that I have no clue.

Why does it take 2 years longer to execute someone for the same murder? Jose Medellin was executed in Aug. 2008.
