on: March 07, 2013, 02:35:27 AM 1 General Death Penalty / U.S. Death Penalty Discussion / 3 new murders here in Cody WYO, on Saturday

Folks there were 2 creeps who smashed and grabbed a gun shop last Tuesday week ago, they stole 10 guns, and used 2 of them to commit 3 murders up in Clark.
The victims were older German family, and the 2 killers were 19 and 18.
Anyway they walked in with the guns and tried to steal their SUV argument insued and they shot the wife in the head, and maybe the daughter. The man was shot in the back, and they stole their car
Wy State Highway Patrol, with sheriff's deputies caught them within 45 minutes, and they are in our jail.

They are talking of death penalty.

This has hit this community HARD, and I hear people want Frontier Justice which means they are taken from jail, and then promptly hanged, this is not my and most people's choice.
Try them for murder, convict them, sentence them, then we hang them.

The gun shop they broke into, the owners are friends of mine, and I trade with them all the time.

Lots of folks are in an uproar over this, and want as I said Frontier Justice.

I can understand that.

Their executions, they should be hanged in public.

This has hit all of us.

on: December 19, 2012, 08:02:32 PM 2 General Death Penalty / U.S. Death Penalty Discussion / Death Penalty Movie "The First Power"

I got this VHS movie from the library for keeps in the give away part of our county library.
It shows a satanic killer killing several people before he gets caught police dectecive (Lou Diamond Phillips---of Longmire.)
Lou catches him and went thru rial and he is executed in the movie, in a made up gas chambers
When he dies he comes back to terrorize everybody else and kill them, which I did not like
I went thru the movie thru the execution, till the bastard killer dies ( you would recognize him in other movies as a bad guy)
I stopped this movie when he died in the gas chamber, to mainly give it a lesson.
Make this into a gunrights film

You guys tell me why not
The crap of gun control going out today, inspired this video
I will make it in due time. the execution video is here

on: November 18, 2012, 12:36:26 AM 4 General Death Penalty / U.S. Death Penalty Discussion / Ted Bundy Execution

Talked to my neighbor today, as I just got called up for Jury duty, which I will gladly perform, it is not only a Civic Duty, but it is also one of our basic rights.
She lived in Florida at the time, and said she cannot be on a jury ever again, because she was one of the witnesses to Ted Bundy's execution. She referred him as Theodore Bundy, which is his correct name.
I asked her point blank, did you see Bundy fry in the electric chair? She said yes.
She did interview him before, but she can't talk of that, as that is confidential info, which is understood
But her witnessing the execution and what she saw is public info.

I tell ya, this is spooky.
I'm trying to get more details of exactly what she saw.
When I can, I'll post more.

on: September 30, 2012, 06:31:36 AM 5 General Death Penalty / U.S. Death Penalty Discussion / Re: Question, could you yourself shoot a intruder or criminal for self defense?

Frenchy

So I hear from his ex-wife, Florida may want him for violent crimes.
If I can get his real name, I can check him out.
I have strong reason to belive he killed somebody, as he's capable of doing it, due to his strength.
He weighs 300 LBS and liks to fight.
That's what makes him a threat to me, and police know of it.
I'd hate to see a gun in his hands.
Maybe that's why he left WYO, we belive in gun rights, and we got more guns in WYO than people.
BTW I own no gun.
But I still back the 2nd amendment with no question

Captain, I think you are suffering from paranoi as yet again, your post does not read right to me. I suspect you should be seeking medical help rather than thinking about shooting someone.

on: September 30, 2012, 06:12:11 AM 6 General Death Penalty / U.S. Death Penalty Discussion / Re: New to the Forum

Frankie, thanks for your service at SQ I and We'd  like to know more, of your experience at the "row" and in general your time at San Quentin.
I almost went in to Corrections at our prison, but due to my health, I gave it up.

Hello Everyone,

I was just admitted to this forum and so glad I can express my opinion with the same like minded people.
I live in San Jose, CA and have written several letters to the editor of the San Jose Mercury News which all were not published.
Yesterday I saw their list of what they support that included the measure that will be on California’s  November ballot.  I wasn’t surprised to see that they the support the bill to eliminate the Death Penalty.

My letter to the editor was:

One important point is what the opponents of the death penalty DON’T SAY, the extreme cost of the appeal process that goes on for decades.  Compare California’s cost per inmate to Texas’s.  This malfeasance of justice needs to be fixed. This State saves millions of dollars per year with plea bargains  on capital cases that will not go to trial because of the death penalty threat. An effective tool to receive confessions of the guilty. Never before in history with the science of DNA that it is more certain that an innocent person does not receive the death penalty and the guilty do. Don't throw out the car because it needs a tune up. Yes, there needs to be an appeal process, but end the costly, unreasonable, never ending appeal process that serves as a miscarriage of justice.
Back in the 80’s I was a correctional officer at San Quentin where all of the death sentences are performed in California. I had the opportunity to actually work on the row for a few weeks.

I’ll contribute some of my observations in my following post.
Thanks for having me.

Granny, I think I most agree with you
Git R Done, and we move on to better things.
One thing, is voting out Obama

I got many DR movies, I'm getting rid of them, as I've seen a live execution on youtube.
It's there, look it up.
Not pretty to see.
 But I'm for executing murderers.
Git R Done, and move on.

Put the death row inmates in a play yard with lots of razor wire and let them kill each other.  Save the taxpayer a lot of money.  They don't mind killing so let them do it for us.

Problem solved!

on: September 30, 2012, 05:49:04 AM 8 General Death Penalty / U.S. Death Penalty Discussion / Re: Question, could you yourself shoot a intruder or criminal for self defense?

This guy was indeed a threat to me. first off he ripped me off, and wrecked my bike, and made threats he could beat anybody up which he could, and said he could kill anybody he wanted.
That made him a threat to me.

He beat up his ex-wife who is my neighbor, cops sent him back to PA.
They do that here cause it's cheaper to buy them a bus ticket than to put them in our jail.

Yes if he'd come at me, I would have done anything legal to protect myself.
I had heard he was back, but not the case, but I'm still watching, so are the police who are aware of him.

Liberals on here know nothing of having a crime committed against them.
If so, they'd join our side
Liberals think they live in a utopia.
Well you find me this utopia, all of us would join.
No crime, period. We would never die.

on: July 20, 2012, 08:24:28 PM 9 General Death Penalty / U.S. Death Penalty Discussion / Re: Robert Berdella Kansas City Killer

This killing happened in Kansas City Missouri.
Missouri does apply the death penalty, but not like Texas does.

It's quite unlikely anyone in Kansas will see the execution chamber sadly.

on: July 20, 2012, 08:20:51 PM 10 General Death Penalty / U.S. Death Penalty Discussion / Re: Question, could you yourself shoot a intruder or criminal for self defense?

It figures Frenchy, you are a commie liberal.
You will NEVER take our guns. Where I live we got more guns than people, and we have very little crime and almost no murders, as they happen in gun-controlled cities where murder runs rampant. I blame you and Obama for that.

I believe in very strict gun control in the firm belief that most people are too stupid to handle one.

on: July 20, 2012, 08:14:56 PM 11 General Death Penalty / U.S. Death Penalty Discussion / EXECUTIONS NEED TO BE DONE IN PUBLIC

It would stop or cut down on the shootings that happened in Aurora, CO today

 :( :-[ >:(

on: July 19, 2012, 09:16:04 PM 12 General Death Penalty / U.S. Death Penalty Discussion / Re: Question, could you yourself shoot a intruder or criminal for self defense?

Never announce publicly as you done that you have a gun in your house
It makes you a target for criminals who will break into your house.

Advice from NRA and a gun owner friend of mine

Growing up in the MidWest ...it was common knowledge and practice to announce yourself LOUDLY at night when coming on to a farmers property after dark. You made damn sure the folks in the house knew you were there and that until they acknowledged you, you DID NOT  do anything hastily(unless you wanted to get shot). My uncle had a sign that read,"If you are found here after dark, you WILL  be found here in the morning"...did'nt take much thinking to figure that one out.....so yeah....someone breaks into my house at night.....sucks to be you pal....

on: July 19, 2012, 09:12:07 PM 13 General Death Penalty / U.S. Death Penalty Discussion / Re: Question, could you yourself shoot a intruder or criminal for self defense?

No ideas here Frenchy, I wrote the Castle doctrine Law here which is state law, NRA nad nothing to do with the bill but they supported it.
somebody here Wyo did invoke it in Gillete
But the criminal got hurt or ran off. I don't remember the details
This law was ment to protect our citizens. I've never had to invoke it myself, and I never hope to do so.
This is how we are.
Frenchy I take you are quite liberal.

I actually do not think that we should be giving the Captain any ideas; seriously

on: July 19, 2012, 09:04:45 PM 14 General Death Penalty / U.S. Death Penalty Discussion / Robert Berdella Kansas City Killer

I lived in the Kansas City Area at the time Berdella killed several people, (males) he stripped them naked had sex with them, and killed them by chopping their heads off., and burying the bodies in his back yard.

Police dug up the back yard and found the skulls and bodies

Residence was on Montgall, and I know the street.

I actually tried to drive by his house at that time, but it was blocked off several blocks rightfully by Kansas City Police

a few weeks later I drove by the house again, and did actually see it.

Trust me I was spooked.

It would spook you if you drove by again.

Anyways at the end Berdella got sent to life in Prison, but within 5 years or so he drops dead of a heart attack.

Eventually we got our justice, but not in the execution chamber.

I will never forget this, and it's quite painful to remember.

on: July 16, 2012, 09:15:33 PM 15 General Death Penalty / U.S. Death Penalty Discussion / Question, could you yourself shoot a intruder or criminal for self defense?

Question is is if you did, how would you deal killing a person.
I think this is a topic we need to discuss.

I'm in that situation now.

I don't know how I would I react
Self defense says a right to kill a criminal who breaks into your house is a constitutional right

But if you did, how would you react

NOBODY HERE IS A COLD HEARTED MURDERER as liberals think.

If we have to do it, we need counseling here as how to deal with it.

I've never shot anbody in my life before, but I'm not going out to criminals or murderers

This site has to have a way we can deal with it mentally.
I ask  Pamme to help AKA off2dr.com

I think anybody who shoots a murderer has a legal right.

Our Police Officers have every right to closure of these murderers.

We need Police and Citizens counseling centers
To help out including how we can deal with executions.
Which I do not want to watch
Carry them out OK ---I don't wanna watch it.

God has something here, for real
