A woman who lives at Walendowski's house reported the incident. She said he was intoxicated.

What I think might have happened is that the mom left the child in the car in the heat thus causing Caylee's death.  Then she tried (or more aptly is trying) to cover it up.

Hello,
My name is Patrick Bryan Knight, I am 36 years old, and I was born January 12th 1968. I have been incarcerated for nearly 14 years, since 1991 facing the death penalty.

I have many opinions and ideas about the death penalty and Texas Death Row. I have many stories I would like to share with anyone willing enough or inquisitive enough to ask. Some are sad some poignant. Some, if you can believe are comical.

I have made many friends here. Many of whom have already been executed. Some have received life sentences and two have been released from prison to be free again. There are men here who are guilty of the most heinous of crimes. There are men here who were at the crime but killed no one, then there are men here who are truly innocent. As for myself, I am guilty not many men will admit that. I did not pull the trigger, but I could have stopped it from happening.

In the years of my imprisonment I have transformed myself from an angry young man into what I believe to be a thoughtful introspective person. I’ve learned to craft wonderful jewellery-boxes and clocks, I’ve learned to draw and have learned to explore my imagination to begin a book of fiction and to write poetry.

I am a father who will soon be a grandfather, if my newly married daughter has her way.

If anyone visiting this page is of the mind and heart to possibly help me financially it would truly be a blessing and it would take some of the burden from my sister who works and goes to college. But anyone at all who merely wishes to inquire about life on Texas death row from a unique and experienced point of view I welcome your letters and will respond to them all as I can afford to.

Send questions or comments to me please.

I thank you and ask you to please pray for those men who currently are facing dates of execution and to the forgotten victims… the men’s families.

Knight was convicted in 1991 for the execution style murders of Walter and Mary Ann Werner. Knight lived in a trailer next to the elderly couple at the time of the murder, and was questioned by police. Knight eventually led the police to the location of the bodies. Codefendant in the case Robert Timothy Bradfield was sentenced to 2 life sentences and will be eligible for parole in the year 2009.

WTF?

This thread is now nothing more than sad reminder of what could have been.  I somehow knew Nebraska wouldn't have the balls to throw the switch.

Simple fact is, the prison couldn't have donated the pizzas no matter what.

Exactly.  Emphasizing that prisons don't give to charity is media spin.  Giving to charity is not one of the normal functions of a correctional facility, especially since they themselves are underfunded.  It ain't like prisons are colleges or corporations.  Plus, I doubt that any homeless people live within the vicinity of Riverbend.  I suppose if the antis would like, the prison could only feed the inmates once a day and allow the tax dollars for the other 2 meals to go to another cause.

If I murdered someone, I would like to think I would do the right thing and commit suicide.

Can anyone just call in?  I assume they screen calls, but what if a person called in asking them to drop their appeals in protest of conditions on Polunsky?

I will search for more info in a few minutes when I am finished cooking.

Come May 8th, it looks like Moore will be the one cooking.

DAMNNNNNNNNNNNNN   them anti's don't waste anytime...   they got the myspace pages removed...   ok  so I will approach it a bit differently...   gonna set up a private section here and re-do the sites..  I have saved the design I used on my computer so it wont take long at all to get it back up.

Also, perhaps I will make a few complaints of my own regarding their pages and how discriminatory myspace was in removing my pages but leaving theirs up...  They wanna play..   I'm in.

I wish I would have gotten to see them before they were deleted :'(

Breaking news!! I have video of where they announced his execution....

Enjoy....

Eryn, I played this for me and the other girl in the office with me, we were in tears laughing so hard...      ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Someone being put to death is not funny or to be laughed at.

Running around from board to board bragging how deserving of life these bastards are isn't funny either....but you damn antis keep doing it. I'll go ahead and tell you my little secret Miss Cathie....Last nite when I learned Texas had executed Pippin I hoisted a beer and cheered for them.Nite before last when they executed Gutierrez I hoisted a beer and cheered them....When they execute Henderson...or when any other State decides to execute someone I'll hoist me a beer and cheer them. Yes I mock your pets on their way to hell....and you may consider yourself invited down to take my beer away anytime you feel froggy....bring a lunch tho baby doll cause you're gonna be here awhile

Mr Dio

Cheers to that!  I will have the pleasure of being in TX when Henderson gets sent down.  It will be the first time in my life that I will be in a state when said state is having an execution.  I plan on drinking a lot of Lone Star Beer (or hard booze depending upon how I feel) that day!

I saw your post on prodp Erick and I do believe it does look like Louisiana....   We have a photo gallery here on the site with most the the death chambers pics from my own collection, Louisiana seems to be the one.

That's what it looks like, but there are more body straps on all the pics of LA that I have.  Still, the black pad looks interchangeable, and I don't think you can simply count the straps to be sure.  I am pretty confident it is LA, though :-*
