And I was kind.   Just look at the results.  If a vicious foreign power was given a chance to ruin the US and run it into a ditch they could not do a better job than what the voters and their chosen "leaders" did to this country.

My re-occurring nightmares are numerical: 14 trillion and 10 million -  and growing.   You think I am kidding?  I am not because I have kids and grandkids here.

When once the most prosperous country in the world is a welfare state - I mean on Chinese welfare - "morons" in reference to those who conspired to get there - the welfare-hungry voters and their vote-hungry government - the term "morons" is an understatement on my part because deep down I am a nice guy who wouldn't want to hurt someone's feelings.    Thanks for asking.

Almost forgot.

Aren't Latino immigrants fun?  Is it not strange how few Koreans or Swedes we are reading about here?

To proceed with an execution when there have been so many legal violations in this case would irreparably damage the global reputation of both Florida and the US

The moron who said that should be informed that our justice system is based on our laws and functions independently of any karma points given out by the international hug-a-convict elites.

Your friend was right.  A good fart is better than silence when a minute feels like eternity.   Having my teeth drilled without novocain seems like fun compared to that torture.

Oh, I thought all of us on this forum were morons.  This post, for instance is barely a line long.

That would be too harsh.   Your short post is compensated by your other posts that contain original thoughts.  What gets me is the robo-posts like "Oh, how awful", "I feel so sorry for you" as the only type of posts from a person.

In general, there are two kinds of people when it comes to human interractions:  the free-riders and the pullers.   The latter eventually assume the role of maintaining a conversation or you get that awkward silence that is good for a love scene or a Clint movie but not for a dinner party.

There was a 'hint of sarcasm' in my last post

I didn't detect it but I like sarcasm as an attribute of higher intelligence.

Your English is as perfect as it gets.  Which is funny coming from me.  Sometimes I think you are a native American just pretending to be French to sexy up your image.    You do know that being French or Italian will get you any chick in town her faster than a Corvette.

As far as my convoluted style of writing, having taken a second look at my post I admit it wasn't the high point in my life as a poster because of that unfortunate phrase you found offensive.   I was unclear and you were correct in your reaction to it.  Sorry.

To clarify it once and for all:  From what I know, the French politicians care about France a lot more than our domestic crop cares about the US.     I hope there is zero ambiguity in that sentence.

It may not be the most important thing your guys did recently, but that ban on burqa made me run to the nearest liquor store for a bottle of French brandy.   As luck would have it was on sale.

I still await with impatience the explanation by 14dp why France is evil.

Wait no more.  Instead, read what I wrote again and show me where I wrote that France is evil.

Let me give you a clue:  when I say that A is smarter than B, both could be as dumb as a rock because A scored 65 and B did 64 on the IQ scale.   In spite of the low scores, the statement that A is smarter than B is still true.    You can flip this around and say that A with a score of 145 is dumber that B with 150.   It would actually get you a giggle or two.

Same with my statement you took offense to:  Are these men more evil than the French?    No, they are not.

This was about the American politicians and I used the French politicians as a point of reference.   You are not entitled to infer that this sentence is a logical equivalent to "the French are evil" or "France is evil"  any more than A and B are geniuses just because A is smater than B.

Just for you I revised the post that hurt your feelings.    I guess I was too subtle and trusted too much in the readers' ability to distinguish between comparative and  absolute evaluations.    My bad.

I have seen threads die before.   This is the first time one will die from excessive eloquence and creative writing.

Wow!  That's 3.5 sentences in one post!   And how profound!

It actually gives me a great pleasure to know you are back.   Another voice of reason re-entering the scene.

I don't like people of any gender with a mental capacity that limits them to safe single-sentence posts or cutting and pasting.

It doesn't bother me the slightest when a woman sits topless

I bothers me.

Until we get used to it, going naked in part or in whole is in-your-face rudeness.     A person like this does it for selfish reasons with a total disregard for those who don't join in this form of exhibitionism.   No, there are no health reasons to go naked publicly.  It's pushing the envelope just for the hell of it.

Unless the area is designated for the sickos like that, the I-can-expose-myself-and-you-can't-do-shit-about-it idiots are a pain in the ass in one simple way:  They restrict my vision from 360 degrees to 360 minus where their tits or crotch or ass are because I was raised not to stare or even look there.   This applies to excessive cleavage, too.    No, I am not a nun or a priest.

Rick, tell me you are just yanking somebody's chain.    Just in case you are serious I have news for you:  Lawyers are supposed to do all of that and more and if they don't they can and should be disbarred because this is their job and they are required by their oath and the law to do everything that is legal in defending their clients.

In the Soviet Union there was a joke that it is hard to be found not guilty because the defendant had to face three prosecutors:  the prosecutor, the judge and his lawyer.
