I do not believe for one min that her father had any thing to do with this.If i was her parents i would walk away and never look back. The whole thing makes me sick to my stomach. They are really grasping for straws for sure. I wonder if her parents knew about this new theory before hand? I bet they did not and was just as shocked as we were.

i totally agree Rick.  we have beat this topic to death for sure. I darn sure do not want any of his organs nor should anyone else. considering how he is going to die , On the other hand this is oregon  it might never happen .

They were discussing this case on court TV today In Session . They judge set down the rules and how the jury was going to be picked  and the rules for them. he has also put a gag order on everyone , which i think has already been in place.They are going to be sequestered for up to 8 weeks. that is along time to be away from your family and job in my opinion, the judge is allowing the DA and Lawyers only 4 question to ask the or potential  jury.$ 350,000 to take care of this jury for 8 weeks. Food , motel etc. This judge seems to have his shit together and knows what he wants and expect from both sides . Should be interesting to watch and i hope we get to watch it while it goes on . we shall see. the judge also thinks he can pick a jury in 3 days. Sounds like a tall challlenge to me.
