Congratulations to Amy for finally having over 24 hours of sobriety!

In the weeks that followed, Stroman—a white supremacist with a long criminal record—went on a shooting spree, killing Vasudev Patel, an Indian gas station owner, and blinding Raisuddin Bhuiyan, a Bangladeshi store owner. Stroman was eventually arrested for Patel’s murder, after which he confessed on television to the other two shootings, describing all three as vengeance for 9/11. The shootings, as he put it, were a matter of doing “what every American wanted to do,” but “didn’t have the nerve” to do. “I did it to retaliate on local Arab Americans or whatever you want to call them,” he explains. He was found guilty of Patel’s murder last spring, and sentenced to death. He currently awaits execution in Texas on death row.
Thanks for posting yet another example of Stroman mentioning nothing about his sister dieing in the 9/11 tragedy until he was convicted.

You would think that he would have confessed that during his interview knowing how he cannot keep his mouth shut about it now.

Can anyone confirm that Mark Stroman's sister actually did pass tragically on 9/11? Everything I've read about it says that they were unable to confirm this at trial and I was wondering whether it is correct or not.
Good question. He never mentions her name, e.g., my sister, julie.
Considering it has been 10 years and even his own lawyer has yet to confirm it

Stroman blamed his rage on what he said was loss of his sister in the World Trade Center collapse on Sept. 11, 2001.
“That’s what he believes,” said Lydia Brandt, his appeals attorney.
She said she couldn’t remember whether his claim about his sister’s death was ever verified. Investigators said when Stroman was on trial that they couldn’t confirm the story.
I would say that there is a 99% chance that Stroman's claim is bullshit.

This story about the sister came up sometime after he was found guilty. It SURELY would have been introduced at the guilt phase as a mitigating factor if it was true.

I hope the fucktard Antis are enjoying this ride he is taking them on. It is set to end soon enough.

LOL - turns out DR groupies aren't all that pleasant themselves.....
"Police seized nearly 200 electronic and audio items, including dozens of sets of speakers, from an Iris Drive home on July 21. They had acted on a tip, gone to talk to a man who lived there and then gotten a search warrant when they saw the equipment.
John Milton West, 43, and Adonya Cherie Buzinis, 36, (this is the woman Billy Galloway told he loved while he was being given justice juice) who also lives in the home, were both arrested. Both have been charged with felony possession of stolen property, according to San Joaquin County Superior Court records."
Felony Posession AND Meth... such a charming love-muffin for Mr Galloway - guess she won't be able to visit any of her new boyfriends on DR anymore... she may even come back with a girlfriend.

I know its a little old, but I just wanted to shre!
She posts as "billysbutton" over on PTO. She was bragging about how she was accepted to Stanford Law and will be starting soon. Yeah right lol. Looks like she studies how to eat, do dope, and steal things to support her friends on the row. She is a criminal, just like her boyfriend and the other people she associates with.

It will be the third execution witnessed by the two families, which is also a modern-day record, explains Kahan.
This is the love for the children being more powerful than the hate for the killers. It must be hard enough to witness one execution, let alone three. They are making a powerful statement to Cantu by being there IMO. RIP to two young ladies whose lives were stolen away from them far too soon.

Maria Ramirez, clemency director for the parole board, said Friday the panel voted 7-0 to reject Cantu's request that his death sentence be commuted to life.
"We've been through this many times. It's always the same stuff over and over. It seems like the victims have fewer rights than the scumbags who did the crime," Pena's father, Adolph Pena, said in a prepared statement issued to Eyewitness News. "You don't know how much I look forward to this. It's been a long time coming. They lived another 16 years&as long as my daughter got to live," he said. "Maybe my daughter will get some peace now."

To paraphrase a comment on Urban Grounds....They should set up a 2000 Pontiac Sunfire and let people climb into the trunk then bound their hands and mouth. Then shut the trunk. I guaren-freakin-tee that is 100 times more frightening than a DR cell in Gatesville.

This is a Teamster shop, and I highly doubt that Omar was the only black working there. If there had been racial discrimination I imagine it would have been taken care of fairly quickly..hell the union tried to save his job, and won him a resignation (which would have allowed him to get another union job easily) over being fired. Another excuse from an Obama voter of blaming whitey after whitey finds him committing theft on the job.

Thanks for that link v1976ra. I have read a bit, and what stands out to me so far is Misskelleys interview with the police on June 3rd. For somebody who is *innocent* of this crime, he sure does go into a lot of detail about raping and cutting on the genital area of one of the victims...

I, for one, would like to thank Otty for showing what a truly mentally disturbed person is like. All of these claims of 'tarness and being a psycho should be held to a high standard, such as this case. There is a huge difference between people like Otty, and those who have ADHD, or were touched where they pee.

I would hit it....the girlfriend that is. Hey platinum blonde chick...if you are looking for a decent American dood who has not killed multiple people hit me up! Sadly though, I cannot be fed by Ramon noodle, and require more intimacy than a 4 hour visit behind glass every six months.

Michael; my first question was mostly of a technical nature. Exactly what circumstances of the crime made him eligible for the DP under Texas' law? Hopefully someone inside here can give us these facts.
Murder during the commission of a burglary. He busted down the friend's door, grabbed his wife by the hair, dragged her into the hall and shot her three times killing her.
OK, thanks. So if he had seen here somewhere out in the streets and killed her in cold blood then it wouldn't have been a capital offense, right? And the term "burglary" doesn't necessarily demand the purpose to steal something? (In my own home country's legal system it's technically a different crime that I think is best translated into "intrusion")
Texas Capital Crimes (a short list).
Texas Capital Offenses:
The following crimes are Capital Murder in Texas:
* murder of a public safety officer or firefighter;
* murder during the commission of kidnapping, burglary, robbery, aggravated sexual assault, arson, or obstruction or retaliation;
* murder for remuneration;
* murder during prison escape;
* murder of a correctional employee;
* murder by a state prison inmate who is serving a life sentence for any of five offenses (murder, capital murder, aggravated kidnapping, aggravated sexual assault, or aggravated robbery);
* multiple murders;
* murder of an individual under six years of age.

Here is the Texas statute for Burglary
http://law.justia.com/texas/codes/pe/007.00.000030.00.html
Alternatively he could have been charged with murder while committing aggravated kidnapping. Still a capital crime.
