'ARRESTS IN PAKISTAN, AFGHANISTAN' IN BOSTON MARATHON PROBE
Al-Qaida forums boast of attack while no group takes official responsibility

Published: 2 hours ago

TEL AVIV – An al-Qaida-allied group in the Gaza Strip claimed to WND that there have been arrests of jihadists in both Pakistan and Afghanistan as part of the probe into yesterday’s Boston Marathon explosions.

The arrests could not be immediately confirmed.

Members of Gaza’s Jihadiya Salafia group further said that al-Qaida is being credited for the attack in its affiliated online forums.

The Gaza sources told WND the online al-Qaida forum messages claimed the bombings were an al-Qaida response to a U.S. military airstrike that killed a high-profile Taliban leader and four other Taliban members last week near Afghanistan’s eastern border with Pakistan.

Jihadia Salafia represents al-Qaida in Gaza.

It was not immediately clear whether the Internet claims should be taken seriously or simply represented jihadists utilizing the explosions.

President Obama was careful not to use the words “terror” or “terrorism” as he spoke at the White House yesterday, while an administration official said the bombings were being treated as an act of terrorism.

“We will find out who did this. We’ll find out why they did this,” the president said. “Any responsible individuals, any responsible groups, will feel the full weight of justice.”

The FBI has taken charge of the investigation. A 20-year-old Saudi national reportedly was taken into custody near the scene of the attack.

The New York Post reported the suspect was being questioned by the FBI and local police at Boston’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where he was under heavy guard while being treated for shrapnel injuries to his leg sustained in one of the blasts.

A large group of federal and state law enforcement agents reportedly raided an apartment in a building in the Saudi man’s hometown of Revere, Mass.

CNN reported the search took place by consent, according to a federal law enforcement source, meaning no search warrant was needed.

The Pakistani Taliban today reportedly denied any role in the marathon bombings.

Media blame right-wing

While the initial indications may point toward Islamic terrorism, some in the media have been speculating it could have been a domestic attack, with some analysts suggesting “right wing extremists” were involved.

CNN national-security analyst Peter Bergen said some of the information will become clear when police reveal what kind of explosive was used.

Bergen said al-Qaida often uses hydrogen peroxide explosives, while another type of explosion might signal that a “right-wing extremist” was involved.

The explosions, Bergan said, reminded him of the Oklahoma City bombing, for which Timothy McVeigh was arrested, convicted and executed.

And Bergen said it also brought to mind other “right-wing” attacks.

“Right-wing groups trying to attack, for instance – trying to attack the Martin Luther King parade in Oregon in 2010,” he said. “So, if it is a device of some kind, you know, we shouldn’t leap to conclusion about where it’s coming from.”

Also today, the U.K. Independent ran a report quoting a terror expert who claimed the marathon attack has hints the handiwork of a right-wing terrorist attack rather than al Qaida-inspired extremism.

Richard Barrett, the former United Nations coordinator for the al-Qaida and Taliban monitoring team, said it was too early to say who was to blame for the marathon blasts.

But Barrett, who has served with Britain’s MI5, MI6 and the Foreign Office, told the Independent the timing of the attack on Patriots’ Day and the relatively small size of the devices suggested the work of a domestic extremist.

Barrett, who is now senior director at the Qatar International Academy for Security Studies, said: “At the moment it looks more likely that it was a right-wing terrorist incident, rather than an al-Qaida attack because of the size of the devices.”

He added: “This happened on Patriots’ Day, it is also the day Americans are supposed to have their taxes in, and Boston is quite a symbolic city. These are all little indicators.”

Boston Police Commissioner Edward Davis said authorities had received “no specific intelligence that anything was going to happen” at the race.

Listening to the live news on the Marathon online.

Sounds like 2 killed, 23 injured.

More devices found and detonated.

Officials confirmed that a third explosion at the John F. Kennedy museum in Boston was probably linked to the attack.

It all boils down to Skinner's scumyers keeping him out of the lethal injection chamber as long as possible.  They know he did it.  All the evidence points to it.  They are grasping at straws to delay the inevitable, while spending taxpayers money to make it more expensive in order to say the death penalty costs too much and should be overturned.

His scumyers don't care that he is guilty any more than Cathy's scumyers care that she is guilty.  It is just a delaying tactic to keep them from being executed.

Nothing more, nothing less.  And we the taxpayers pay for this vicious cycle of abuse for the murders and line the scumyers pockets with money to buy, luxurious houses, vacations at spas, and keep mistresses on the side.

Down with scumyers!

Thanks for the good thoughts, friends.

I will tell you what I can but have to be careful what I say.

No, she can't smoke in prison any more.

Right now, we understand she is in gen pop at a jail in Austin.  She will remain there until the new trial is over, so her attorneys have easier access to her so she can help with the new trial.

We are prepared for whatever happens, no matter how it turns out or if we will like it or not.

Thanks. :-* :'(

RE: "Stacy Kuykendall, the ex-wife of Cameron Todd Willingham, offers her first detailed account of the 1991 fire that claimed the lives of her three daughters and led to Willingham’s execution in 2004.

“Todd set our house on fire then stood outside and watched it burn,” Kuykendall asserts, saying she agrees with Gov. Rick Perry’s portrayal of her husband as “a monster.” "

"Before Todd was executed he confessed to his family that he never went into the twins room at all to try and save them, that he had lied about it. Actually, he stood outside of our home as the house engulfed in flames knowing his three daughters were inside."

"Todd set our house on fire then stood outside and watched it burn. He knew our three daughters were inside this home taking there last breath. He watched them die."

"(Reporters) Mills, Possley (of the Chicago Tribune) and Grann (of the New Yorker) have all come to my home uninvited to ask me questions about my ex-husband. I told them all that I no longer believe that Todd was innocent, that he did murder my daughters and I did not want to talk about that which had to deal with him."

I don't care what Hank and his Skank say, he is guilty.  This is the most current news I found on him, from Amarillo, TX which is a hundred miles from me and from where he murdered Twila and her boys.

New DNA testing further implicates convicted murderer Henry "Hank" Skinner for the crime, according to the Texas Attorney General.

Pronews 7 obtained the documents on Wednesday afternoon which were filed in a Gray County State District Court.

Skinner was convicted in 1995 for the 1993 Pampa murders of Twila Busby, his live-in girlfriend and her two grown sons. The murder happened on New Year's Eve.

Initial DNA testing in 1995 implicated Skinner by showing that he was at the crime scene.

The new DNA results showed Skinner's blood in the back bedrooms of the home where the murder happened.

Skinner's DNA, according to the Attorney General's advisory, was also found on the handle of a bloody knife taken from the front porch of the home. At least one other contributor's DNA was also on the knife, according to the Attorney General.

While Skinner has not contested that he was at the crime scene, he maintained his innocence. He said he was unconscious and intoxicated on the couch at the time of the murders.

Skinner's attorney said the results should not have been released since the testing is still in progress.

"We find it troubling that the Attorney General's Office has seen fit to release partial results of the DNA testing and submit its 'advisory' to the court while the DNA testing is still in progress," said Rob Owen, attorney for Hank Skinner. "The partial results which have been produced by the initial round of DNA testing show that at least one person other than Hank Skinner and the victims may have been present in the house on the night the murders took place, and may have had contact with one of the weapons used in the killings."

Skinner was sentenced to the death penalty. He once came within one hour of being executed. Several times, the execution was postponed.

Skinner had contended that new DNA testing would show that he was innocent. Starting in 2000, he pleaded for more DNA testing.

"We have requested additional DNA testing that could improve the quality of the unknown DNA profile from the carpet sample, to allow authorities to submit it to CODIS, the national law enforcement DNA database, to search for matches there," Owen said. "We have also requested additional DNA testing of the stains from the knife, likewise hoping to develop further the DNA profile of the third contributor."

Police: Man broke into home to see girl

Jan 1, 2013

Ouachita Parish deputies arrested a man early Tuesday accused of breaking into a home to visit a girl.

Caleb Hester, 20, of 100 Laura Wilkes Road, West Monroe, was booked into Ouachita Correctional Center on a charge of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling.

An arrest affidavit stated Hester climbed into the second story window of his home to visit the victim's daughter. The victim said Hester had no permission to be in his home.

The daughter told deputies she had not spoken to Hester for two days and she did not give Hester permission to be in her room.

Hester told deputies the victim's daughter called him around 7 p.m. Monday and told him to climb in the window. However, he refused to allow deputies to check his phone to verify his story.

Bond was $5,000.

Do you think because no one has been really pushing for his execution that it hasn't happened?

As a family member it would be appropriate for you to make inquiries into this matter.   Ask why?  Ask if he still has appeals going?  What is the holdup?  Tell them you have waited years for justice.  Make noise.  The squeaky wheel gets the grease.  You go girl! :-*
