Excuse me that I only found the trial transcript and what Mr. Saldate told the grand jury at that time on Milkes side.
From what I read there, what Saldate testified, I think, would have given a guilty verdict to Milke too.
 
But her last appeal hinged only on the question, how certain sentences of her might have been interpreted. So I do think, tha certain conclusions, which were made at the first trial, proved to be wrong.

Until you get an early morning call to go to the hospital by your best friends wife because your buddy that you have sweated and bled with was, "hurt real bad" the night before to find out that he was stabbed multipule times and to top that off another of your friends and his wife are DEAD you need to shut the hell up about how we deal with the loss.  It is very rude of you to come here and try and tell people like myself, GoB, Pam, and Lady how we should handle our losses.  You have no idea who we are or the things we've been through.  Sitting in a courtroom over a period of months watching some asshole smile the day away as the 911 call from your friends dead wife is being played.  Seeing that murderer chit chat with his lawyer as the sounds of him repeatedly stabbing and cursing at her over the open line, and finally hearing her expire.  You do not know what that feels like and I hope you never do.

No, I can not imagine...I would want to roost that guy in hell and never stopp, wishing it, until he is finally dead.
