So, according to the DA, they are trying to keep the door close and he manages to get his hand holding a gun in and shoot his wife in the head and then force the door entirely open?  Then he must have dragged her out and shot her several times again.

I don't know why the media always ignores the fact that he chases the the other woman into the kitchen and shot her 5 or 6 times in front of her kid.  And he shot her in the head. It's a miracle she lived and lived to testify against the ba*stard.

Note:  When Alba was in custody on the child molest, his wife had a one night affair with a friend. More power to her.  Alba had women and illegitimate children all over the place. Yet, the antis want to smear the wife as a wh*re.

Sonora can't support the illegals? why is that our problem? Mexico needs to stop thinking of America as a dumping ground for their citizens who can't make it in their own country. We have enough problems here without adding thousands of illegals to the mix. Mexico needs to clean up this mess and do something about their own problems before they start condemning U.S. policy and Arizona's immigration laws. It shouldn't be up to MY country to fix Mexico's problems. Calderon has brass balls criticizing Arizona laws when he can't even control his own country. How about finding out why Mexican citizens are so desperate to leave? I know why they want to leave, hell I would too, but Calderon seems blissfully ignorant of his country's massive issues and seems to think that America should take care of a problem he is apparently unable to.

These two scumbags deserve the death penalty. Killing someone is bad enough but killing a pregnant woman is even more heinous.

The proper order, my dear Second Demagogue, is:  papers first.  We call them immigration papers.   

It works like this:  First you apply in a far away land like Poland.   Then wait.  And wait.  And wait some more.  Then the day comes when they call you to show up at the US Embassy.  They hand you an envelope which you never part with because your life depends on what's inside.

Not sure if anyone has said anything about this pic yet, there is too much to go back and read. This pic has been most likely been altered using photo shop or some sort of software. This proves my point that weapons of mass destruction are not the most dangerous to fear, its the internet and the crap that people can do to make others believe in something that never happened.

Unless someone is prepared to show me the original unaltered pic, then I am prepared to believe that this is an unaltered pic and this sign was made by an uneducated illegal who has somehow managed to twist American immigration laws to fit his own stupid agenda.

I haven't ever really been on the fence as far as the death penalty goes. I guess it just never occurred to me to be against something I feel so strongly about. I have very little tolerance or patience with dirtbags who murder other people and destroy not only the life of their victims, but of the families of the victims as well. The families of the victims go through hell. I thank God that I have never had anyone close to me be the victim of a violent crime, but if that sad day comes, I can guarantee you that I will not be be forgiving. I simply do not have it in me to forgive anyone who takes someone precious to me away. I like to think I am a good person and I am a Christian, which I guess makes me a bit of a paradox, but I just do not feel I could forgive anyone who took the life of someone I love. I will never understand victims' families that insist the murderer who took away their loved one be spared the death penalty.

The ACLU is one of those organizations that just makes me want to take hostages. I'm all for human rights and all for equal opportunities,but as I have said before, you are not entitled to anything from me or anyone else if you are here illegally.

Mexico is a mess of country and I honestly don't blame its' citizens for wanting to leave, but for goodness' sakes, do it legally. I know it is expensive and difficult, and it isn't easy to get citizenship in the U.S., but damn people, if you want all this stuff you need to do it through the right channels.

I am outraged at all these pictures, but particularly with the last one. How is it that America owes you anything? if you came here illegally, then guess what? you're breaking the law and the only thing this country owes you is a jail cell and perhaps a deportation. I have no issue with someone who comes here legally, works hard and makes a life for themselves. That is what America is all about and one of the things that makes America great. If you're a citizen, then you have the right to make a few demands. As an illegal alien? sorry, but you don't have any right to free anything. You want to come here and make a life? be my guest, but don't expect anything to be handed to you, and don't expect a damn thing at all if you are here illegally.
