Erick Davila
On April 26, 2008, the subject and codefendant drove to a birthday party where the codefendant dropped off the subject. The subject went to the back side of the car, grabbed a model SKSS (762mm caliber) semiautomatic rifle out of the trunk and walked toward the apartment. Once the subject got to the apartment where the party was located, he went inside and opened fire. The shots fired resulted in the death of an adult black female and a five year old black female. Several other victims at the birthday party were injured.
Victims: 48-year-old Annette Stevenson and her 5yr old granddaughter, Queshawn Stevenson

Brian E. Davis
Brain Davis was convicted of the August 1991 murder of 31-year-old Michael Foster at his Humble, Texas apartment. Davis and codefendant Tina McDonald picked Foster up at a bar and drove him to his apartment. There, Foster, who was retarded, was stabbed 11 times, seven times in the heart. Foster's body was found three days later.
Six days later David and McDonald picked up another man from a bar, robbed him and stabbed him. The man survived the attack.
Sentenced to Death 7/92.

Irving Alvin Davis
On 06/04/2001, in El Paso, Texas, Davis followed a 16 year old Hispanic female from a party. Davis drug her into an elementary school yard where he choked her with an unknown ligature and hit her in the head with an unknown object and killed the victim. Davis also sexually assaulted the victim.
Victim: 15-year-old Melissa Medina

Selwyn Davis
On August 22, 2006 in Travis County, Davis entered the unoccupied apartment of two Hispanic females through a window. When the 15 year-old female arrived home, Davis sexually assaulted her. He then waited until the second victim, a 57 year-old female, returned home. At that time, the subject punched her several times with a closed fist, and then stabbed her six times in the chest and back area, later causing her death.
Victim: Regina Lara, 54
Sentenced to Death 10/07.

Reinaldo Dennes
On January 24, 1996, Dennes murdered a man during an elaborate robbery scheme. In planning the robbery, Dennes and his brother had set up an office in the same building as the victim in order to learn its layout and the location of surveillance cameras. They employed a maid to leave a back door open to the building on the day of the robbery.
The victim was shot to death as he sat at his desk inside his office. His office safe was emptied of $4.25 million in loose diamonds and gems along with more than $250,000 in cash.
After killing the victim and cleaning out the safe, Dennes disguised himself with a baseball cap and fake mustache and went to the first floor with the intention of removing the surveillance videotape that had recorded he and his brother's entry to the building.
There he was confronted by an unarmed security guard who was shot twice and left for dead. Dennes took the tape from the surveillance camera and fled. He was arrested after a gunsmith who fashioned a silencer for the 9mm pistol Dennes used in the robbery went to police. The wounded security guard recovered to identify Dennes as the gunman.

Paul Devoe
Was sentenced to death in 2009 for th emurder of ex-girlfriend Paula Griffith, 46; her boyfriend, 48-year-old Jay Feltner; her 15-year-old daughter, Haylie Marie Faulkner; and 17-year-old Danielle Hensley, a friend. They were all shot in the head. Devoe then headed for New York. In Pennsylvania, he is accused of killing Betty Jane Dehart, 81, at her home in Greencastle, in order to steal her car as he continued his trip. He was arrested Aug. 27 2007 on at a friend's home on New York's Long Island.

Arturo Diaz
On the night of April 3, 1999, in McAllen, Texas, Diaz and one codefendant, murdered a man by stabbing him 94 times in the upper chest with a knife at the victim's apartment. They also stabbed another man, who was also at the apartment, two times in the face.
Diaz and the codefendant went to the apartment looking for drugs and also intended to rob the victim.
Victim: Michael Ryan Nichols

Anthony Doyle
On January 16, 2003, in Dallas, Doyle placed a phone order for food and requested delivery. Upon arrival, Doyle demanded money from the 37-year-old woman that was making the delivery. When she told Doyle that she did not have any money, he struck her in the head with a baseball bat, causing her death. Doyle then placed her body in a dumpster and fled in her vehicle.
Victim: Hyun Cho
Sentenced to Death 5/04.

Marcus Druery
On October 31, 2002, in Brazos County, Texas, Druery and two codefendants drove a 20-year-old man to a pasture owned by Druery's family. Druery forced the man out of the car and shot him repeatedly at close range. Druery took the victim's cash, cell phone, pager and a bag of marijuana and set his body on fire.
Victim: Skyyler Brown
Sentenced to Death 12/03.

Harvey Y. Earvin
Earvin was convicted of the December 1976 robbery and slaying of Ertis Brock, 75, a Lufkin service station worker.
Court records indicate that Earvin, wearing an afro-type wig and cosmetic mustache, and his 15-year-old girlfriend, went to the rear of a filling station to rob Brock of the cash he had collected that day. Earvin, armed with a 20-gauge shotgun, told Brook to stop upon seeing him carrying cash bags to his car. He then shot Brock in the chest when he reached into his back pocket. Earvin later laughed and joked about the murder to friends and cellmates.
Sentenced to Death 10/77.

Terry Edwards
On July 8, 2002, in Dallas, Edwards and a codefendent killed a man and a woman during a restaurant robbery.
Victims: Tommy Walker 34, Mickell Goodwin 26

Gerald C. Eldridge
Eldridge was convicted of shooting to death Cynthia Bogany, his former girlfriend and her nine-year-old daughter, Chirrisa Bogany.
Eldridge broke into Bogany's apartment and shot Chirrisa as she slept on the couch. After chasing Cynthia's boyfriend from the apartment he returned to the living room and shot his natural seven-year-old son in the shoulder.
He then chased Cynthia down a stairwell outside the apartment and shot her to death as she begged for her life.
Sentenced to Death 6/94.

Licho Escamilla
On November 25, 2001, in Dallas, Escamilla got into a fight in the parking lot of a nightclub. When Dallas City police officers arrived to stop the fight, Escamilla shot an a police officer two times. The officer died en-route to the hospital.

Joel Escobedo
On May 31, 1998, Escobedo fatally shot a man during a robbery at a bus stop in Houston.
Victim: Guadalupe Garcia - 65

Noah Espada
On March 18, 2004, in Bexar County, Espada entered the home of his former employer, a 32-year-old male, and waited for him to return home. When the victim returned home Espada shot him multiple times, resulting in his death.
Victims: Sandra Ramos, Luther Scott

Guadalupe Esparza
On June 6, 1999, in San Antonio, Esparza kidnapped and sexually assaulted a seven-year-old girl then strangled her with his hands, causing her death.
Sentenced to Death 5/01.

Adrian Estrada
On December 12, 2005, in Bexas County, Estrada stabbed a 17-year-old woman 11 times with a large butcher knife and then strangled her, resulting in the deaths of her and her unborn child.
Victims: Stephanie Sanchez and her Unborn child.

Larry Estrada
On February 21, 1997, in Houston, Estrada and one codefendant robbed a convenience store. During the robbery one male clerk was shot and killed. The other clerk was shot and assumed dead. Estrada and his codefendant took the clerks' wallets and more than $23,000 in cash from the store's safe.
The surviving clerk was able to identify Estrada and his codefendant.
Victim: George el-Karb - 41
Sentenced to Death 4/98.

Douglas Feldman
On August 24, 1998, in Plano, Texas, Feldman fatally shot a man driving an 18-wheel truck. Witnesses observed Feldman ride up beside the truck on a motorcycle and fire multiple shots into the cab of the truck, dropping back and again returning and firing additional shots into the cab of the truck.
Reports indicate that a total of 12 shots were fired into the truck resulting in the death of driver. Approximately 30 minutes later, in Dallas, Texas, Feldman rode up beside a parked 18-wheel truck and fatally shot another man. Four shots were fired on this occasion, resulting in the death of the victim.
On August 23, 1998, approximately nine shots were fired into the Central Volkswagen Dealership in Richardson, Texas, breaking windows and other items.
On September 5, 1998, a victim received two gunshot wounds in the parking lot of a restaurant in Dallas, Texas.
Ballistics reports verified that all of the attacks were performed by the gun that Feldman possessed.

Cesar R. Fierro
Fierro was convicted of the Feb. 27, 1979, shooting death of Nicolas Castanon, an El Paso taxicab driver. Castanon was shot once behind the right ear with a .357 Magnum revolver while driving Fierro to his destination. Fierro took his victim's watch and a leather jacket before dumping the body.

Charles Flores
On January 29, 1998, during the daytime hours, in Farmers Branch, Texas, Fiores and codefendant, Richard Lynn Childs, murdered a 64-year old woman during the course of a burglary. Flores and Childs broke into the woman's house and shot her. Flores and Childs were looking for money but did not find any.
Sentenced to Death 4/99.

Tony Ford
Ford and an accomplice forced their way into the home of Armando Murillo, 18, in El Paso, and demanded money, jewelry and a car from Murillo and other family members. Even though the demands of Ford were met, he shot and killed Armando, then shot his mother and sister, but they survived.

Cleve Foster
On February 14, 2002, in Tarrant County, Texas, Foster and a codefendant sexually assaulted and shot a 28-year-old woman, resulting in her death. They then moved the body of the victim to a ditch where it was discovered by workers who were laying pipe.
Victim: Nyanuer "Mary" Pal
Sentenced to Death 3/04.

Anthony Francois
On September 11, 2003, in Harris County, Texas, Francois fatally shot three women.
Victims: Nikesha Patterson, 15; Ashley Patterson, 11; and Britanny Patterson, 10.

Robert Fratta
Fratta was convicted of the November 1994 murder-for-hire shooting death of his wife, Farah Fratta, 34. Fratta hired Joseph Prystash and Howard Guidry to kill his wife, who was shot twice in the head as she stepped from her car inside the garage of her home.
Guidry, the triggerman, was to receive $3,000 for the murder. Prystash was to receive Roberta's automobile.
The killing occurred during the course of a custody battle between the victim and her husband.
Resentenced to Death 5/30/09.

James Freeman
On March 17, 2007, during the early morning hours in Lissie, Wharton County, Texas, the subject was attempting to elude Game Wardens who were attempting to pull subject over for shooting a bird sitting on a fence with his .22 rifle. Another Game Warden tried to block the road when the subject struck his vehicle, causing minor damage. Wharton County Sheriff's Officers were also included in the chase of the subject. The subject was able to elude officers for approximately one hour before the wheels of the subject's truck was spiked. The subject exited his vehicle and began shooting a Glock model 33.357 Sig and an AK 47 assault rifle randomly at the officer's patrol vehicles. The subject fired approximately 30 rounds of ammunition, striking the victim, a 34 year old Game Warden. The victim was airlifted to Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, Texas, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
Victim: Wharton County Game Warden Justin Hurst

Ray Freeney
On April 18, 2002, in Houston, Texas, Freeney took his girlfriend to a motel where he sexually assaulted her and stabbed her multiple times, resulting in her death.
He left the scene and went to an apartment complex where he attacked a second woman as she entered her home. He sexually assaulted her and stabbed her until she lost consciousness.
He left the residence, picked up a third woman, took her to his residence where he choked her until she lost consciousness. When she awoke, he sexually assaulted her and stabbed her multiple times, resulting in her death.
Victims: Kirshalynne Jones and Vicky Dean
Sentenced to Death 9/03.

Barney Fuller
On May 14, 2003, in Houston County, Texas, Fuller entered the home of his neighbors, a 43-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman, and fatally shot them multiple times. Fuller then and fled the scene on foot.
Victims: Annette Copland, 39, and her husband, Nathan Copeland, 43,
